Shipping policy

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom.

Delivery time

• Estimated delivery: 6–9 days from the day you place your order. This includes the time it takes us to prepare your order.
• The delivery dates shown on our website are estimates. Carrier delays, bank holidays and busy periods can occasionally add a few days.

Delivery cost

• Free standard delivery on all UK orders.

Tracking

• Every order is tracked. You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.
• You can follow your parcel on our Track Your Order page, or sign in to your account to see all your orders.

Late or missing parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, email us at hello.myoramotion@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier. Under UK law, your order remains our responsibility until it reaches you.

Customs

Customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
